As a former 3-sport high school athlete and D1 collegiate basketball player, Jill is passionate about helping athletes of all ages—elite, high school, college, professional, retired, weekend warriors—balance the demands of life in tandem with athletic training.

MEET Jill Early
I graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor in Elementary Education. As a young elementary teacher, I quickly recognized the emotional and mental health needs of my students and their families, but my role as educator limited the support I could offer.
At the same time, I pursued my own personal work in counseling and was fascinated by the way the therapeutic process weaved the pieces and moments of my life together with clarity and healing. I pursued a Master of Education in Counseling from the University of Houston and longed for others to have the same peace I had found.
Beyond the office, I enjoy reading, spending time outside, connecting with friends, and traveling to visit family around the country. My husband and I have three children and spend endless hours throwing the tennis ball with our Golden Retriever, chauffeuring our kids to their activities, and recharging by the beach in Galveston.
